Control system for glue dispensing application model
Šimurda, Jan ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This thesis addresses the problematics of automated mini-doses application of the adhesive. In thesis are summarized the parameters and types of adhesives with regard to the suitability and the basic theory of bonding. At the same time are summarized the available technologies and methods of bonding. Part of the work is the analysis of requirements for automatic microdosing, in terms of management, delivery system, manipulator, mechanics, functional safety. It also includes the selection of suitable components. The thesis contains the development and description of the control software, visualization, data acquisition, management of robotic manipulator, functional safety logics and dispenser management. The outcome of the thesis is a functional device according to the proposed 3D model made of borrowed components on which algorithms are tested and functionality was verified. In the conclusions are described the complementary features ensuring the possibility of setting the device up in the industry.
Software Car Wash model
Zborovský, Vojtěch ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on portal car wash lines and associated processes, control systems, SCADA control systems and visualization, communication between master PLC and SCADA system. The thesis contains research concerning this topic, laboratory example design and its realization. Reader will become acquainted with SCADA systems and ControlWeb which also belongs to the SCADA systems group. Detailed description of the designed program along with its features, control design using PLC and virtual model of the car wash line controlled by the PLC is also to be found in this work. Both of these two parts have been developed using ControlWeb. Regarding the complexity, the laboratory example was designed only as a demonstration, which differs from a real life solution. All the operations associated with the model are represented only as memory entries inside the PLC, no physical input output operations have been performed here. However, the designed control program is ready to be used in real physical model, the financial side would be significant.
Model of hot water exchanger station
Major, Martin ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Sýkora, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis focuses on a custom-built heat exchanger station for teaching in the laboratories of the Institute of Automation and Measurement Technology. It deals with the identification of the already installed components in the station model, the wiring of the electrical switchboard, and the programming of the system for its control. A heat exchange station is a device that is used to safely transfer heat energy between heat transfer fluids. The entire station and the heat exchange process are controlled by a PLC from Siemens and operated via an operator panel. The control program and the visualization of the operator panel were created in the Tiaportal development environment from Siemens. The programming language used is FBD and SCL.
